I get the idea that PETA wants to keep animals from suffering and that kind of shit. What I don’t get is their approach. Did they get together one day and invite the biggest douche bag to head their publicity.

However I do find it funny that numerous sources online have proven that PETA has been responsible for numerous animal deaths. I offer up the opportunity for them to refute the numbers. It does seem that they have shown their opinion that animals are better dead then fed.

My only problem is, if you are going to kill a cow, whats the problem with me eating that ribeye. That shit, medium rare, is fucking good. I enjoy it. Yeah we don’t have to torture shit before slaughtering it and I know being a vegan supplies supplement that meat is not necessary. Fuck you and your self righteous attitude. I totally support your ideas to not senselessly torture animals.

What I don’t support is lashing out at nintendo because a fictional character is wearing digital fur. Are you fucking kidding me. You have an issue with the Tanooki suit? For over 25 years Mario has been jumping on helpless Koopa Troopa / motherfucking TURTLE and now you have a problem with the lessons hes teaching.

I want each one of you dumbshits to evaluate the world we live in, the wars, the terrorism, the murder, the theft and other crimes and tell me honestly. Is Mario really worth the time and money your investing?

So, a Religulous man would like to actually make registry for Athiest. He actually compares Athiest to convicted sex offenders and more. Fuck you sir. I don’t think I can understand your prejudice when you follow the practices of a man wo said judge not lest ye be judged. Christians have actually let themselves become one of the most hypocritical peoples on the planet.

I don’t hold anything against the religion. I’ll be honest, the christian religion and the ten commandments allow for very good morals and beliefs to be practiced amongst it’s followers. The problem that remains is people like Michael Stahl still feel a moral and ethical superiority because of an idea that is actually attributed to a time of our history that is referred to as the Dark Ages. Along with that, we have proven that the followers of the Messiah are actually the most contradictory people on the plnet.

We have developed a nation of people that follow and being that has no proven existence, who has a set of fictitious, while righteous laws, that will punish us for not following them. At the same time he teaches us to as previously noted “judge not lest ye be judged” and now they do just that. Humanity, unfortunately in fact the primary cause of death of humans. Think about it.

I’m a firm believer of the fact that seeing people come together in the name of a common goal is a worthy intention. The problem is the reason I’m seeing that this is happening.

Growing up the Guinness Book of World Records stood for something. It was a record of extreme feats that were not easy to duplicate. Granted, it could range from the world’s fattest man to the world’s fastest man, they were feats that were cheered and jeered.

The problem I have with the half witted, douche bag concepts that seem to generate from the limited brain cells of the mass majority of people seem to circle around inconsequential to the down right fucking stupid.

So right now there is an event in Facebook for people to attend. It’s called “Let’s break a World Record 2011! The Largest Event on Facebook!” That’s it. Nothing else. Let’s get as many people as possible to click the I’m attending button. An act that doesn’t compare to the world’s longest toss of a football, or the fastest baseball pitch. Not even the world’s oldest person.

People have only to click a god damn button. I could understand if the event was 5 million man march to fight breast cancer or something that actually could benefit some people in the world. But I refuse to “attend” to shoot for a goal that once the date hits, will NEVER mean the same thing again.

I think this is why Zemation Press has not been touched in so long. I’ve been trying to write for everybody else instead of for myself. The only reason I ever started writing was as a release for pent up aggression. I think the idea of writing for the community overshadowed the reason for doing it in the first place. For that I can only ask myself for forgiveness.

Today, comes your disclaimer. From this point forward, if you are easily offended, close the browser window and don’t return to this blog. I will say things that will enrage you, that will unnerve your sensibilities and point out both your shortcomings and faults.

No we do not blame Al Gore for any of this we just think this picture is fucking funny.

Sorry as this is a couple days later then it should have been. It has recently been brought to our attention shortly after electing our EAD award of the year for 2009 that hackers obtained information from the Climate Research Unit. What was released was information from internal emails indicating that information was not only withheld but that it was also skewed in favor of the Global Warming pandemic sweeping the planet.

To be quite honest, it is a travesty that this organization was the sole distributor of information. For many years scientists and researchers have proven that what others consider global warming is not based on emissions from our way of life. Solar flares from the sun at an all time high. Temperatures on other planets also increasing. Some of this information was conveniently left out of research.

This is something that also helps prove that the media is biased. For a lot of this on their part they never used other information to dispute it. They pushed it as fact. Why did we not do our research. This goes along with our belief that information we are given access to is limited and to fully develop our own opinions we need to take the initiative to research both sides and not take anything at face value. As this very fact shows us, information can be skewed by those that present it.

This is not to say that we do not need to find better ways of living. We spend every year polluting oceans, adding to landfills, driving cars, running industrial plants, oil drilling and destroying forests. With our level of technology one would think that we are to a point that we could develop a less destructive lifestyle.

So for the ability to skew the facts and mislead billions of people we give our EAD award for the month of November to the Climate Research Unit.

One concept that many people have become aware of in recent times is the fact that most news media organizations are most often biased in one form or another. This doesn’t count the fact that they make mountains out of molehills for find links for tragic events to mundane things that quite frankly had no actual link at all.

One website we frequent here and in all honestly use the links to find some fo the things that we discuss in our stories is Fark. Now mind you Fark does not claim to be a news site. They are basically a portal using satire at real stories as more of a portal. At our heart we really believe that the news media should focus on what they claim to be there for, and that is to report the news. We as a nation don’t need psychobabble bs telling us your opinions on what you are reporting. Your opinion means shit. What we want you to do is to explain what is going on in the world. When we have finished your news we reserve our right to make our own opinions.

Fox News recently was deconstructed by The Daily Show in a pretty impressive fashion. As you watch it we want you to think about the very idea of news you watch and whether you form your own opinion. Before we get anybody talking about us defending Jon Stewarts use of the news but blasting organization like Fox remember one thing before hand. Jon Stewart hosts a news show that is formed around satire. He makes no bones about it. He even has said “he follows a show where fucking puppets make prank calls” (this is paraphrased.) Fox claims to be a legitimate news organization but seems to a ridiculous hole of opinionated bullshit.

For example, we don’t claim this website to be anything but our own opinionated bullshit. It’s our take on the news that media should be reporting on unbiasedly. If you don’t want to read my opinion, close your browser and move along. The world of the blogosphere as it has come to be called is one of opinions. Those that use them for that reason are just as important as Bill O’Reilly or Glenn Beck and even Jon Stewart and I’ll bet Mr. Stewart would agree.

So even though the year is not quite out yet, I’m betting that it would be really hard to be outdone. So unless something extremely stupid happens based on the principles laid out on the main site this years official EAD award goes to Fox News.

Norwegian Nobel Committee

The Nobel Peace Prize is a very prestigious honor that is given to one person each year

According to Nobel’s will, the Peace Prize should be awarded to the person who:

“ during the preceding year [...] shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses
This year they presented the award to President Barack Hussein Obama II. The reason for this to many, including us here at Zemation, is still unclear.

President Obama has made his stance on clear on a number of issues in which he was given the award for, but with his time in office hasn’t will had time to accomplish much. As the award should be given for the previous year he’s basically being awarded for campaigning from what we can tell.

We don’t undermine anything that Obama has or intends to do but even said he doesn’t think he may deserve it.

Obama said he did not feel he deserved “to be in the company” of past Peace Prize winners, but would accept the prize while pushing for a broad range of international objectives, including nuclear nonproliferation, a reversal of the global economic downturn and a resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

If the Nobel Peace Prize is intended for accomplishments of the previous year and he’s being awarded for things he has yet to do it seems like the idea and the concept of the Nobel Peace Prize has been twisted and skewed and isn’t as prestigious as it once was.

So for the month of October, we hear at Zemation present the first EAD Award to the Norwegian Nobel Committee.

Marriage and Divorce are really touchy things these days. Marriage, with the fight to deny everyday people their right to marriage just because we don’t believe in their life choice. Divorce, with our need to fight for money, custody and the fact that prenuptial agreements are necessities in marriage precedings.

For all the world to see, I’m going to make plain for you the concept of marriage vs gay marriage. In marriage, two people pledge their love to one another and make a vow to have no others before them and commit their love to them. In gay marriage, two people pledge their love to one another and make a vow to have no others before them and commit their love to them. See the difference there? Good.

One thing that really pisses me off however, is stating that Gay marriage is destroying the “institution” of marriage. My problem with this is simple, marriage is not an institution. It is a union. It is a union of two people who have made a pledge. Family is an institution. And don’t try to tell me that Gay marriage is destroying family because, getting to my next point, Divorce has been doing that for far longer.

Divorce is hard on the couple and it is hard on children involved and finances and many other aspects that can make a person physically and emotionally drained. Rules have been set in place for divorce that marital assets be split unless there is a prenuptial agreement in place.

The reason I bring this up is Mel Gibson is apparently getting divorced from his wife who filed paperwork stating “irreconcilable differences.” Ok. If you have issues you can’t work out maybe you should end it and under the law you get half of his money. I understand child support. I understand half the marrital assets. What I don’t fully get is, You are getting $450 million fucking dollars. In no way do I feel you need spousal support on top of that. With one signature you get more money then I’ll see in over 100 lifetimes. You got more money then a good portion of the population you can pay your own attorney fees or as Mel suggested, pay that out of joint assets. It’s fair from everything I’m seeing. If you were not getting $450 million I could understand spousal support.

In every field of life there are those that stand out. Those that leave a mark that not many, if any, can touch. Today we get around to mourn the passing of one of these legends in the comedy field. A man, who for decades, has shaped the face of the art of comedic entertainment. A man who has inspired a new generation of performers with the anti culture take on almost anything. George Carlin.

This wasn’t just a man who would take something he found funny and write a joke about it. Jerry Seinfeld and other interviews with Carlin have revealed the process he takes in working on his material. From the Eulogy written by a notable comedian himself.

”He worked over an idea like a diamond cutter with facets and angles and refractions of light. He made you sorry you ever thought you wanted to be a comedian. He was like a train hobo with a chicken bone. When he was done there was nothing left for anybody.” -Jerry Seinfeld

We here at Zemation hope whatever, if anything, George finds in the hereafter that it is what he deserves for doing what everybody you know wants to do. Stand up in front of people, tell them that their humanity is hypocritical and they are full of bullshit and have them applaud you for it.

With that stand it’s time to touch on something that is completely ridiculous and totally disrespectful.

First up is Bill O’Reilly. I respect the fact that some moron has thought you are worthy of gracing the televisions of millions of people because you have views. So do I, but I don’t have one. I bet you mine would be watched more though if I did. Mostly because I’m not a fascist. However like you I can be biased. What I’m biased against is stupid assholes who think are too self righteous to at least acknowledge how some people have changed the world. Maybe it’s jealousy because in all honesty you will never come near the influence George Carlin has. However, the fact that after he dies you can take cheap shots shows that you are low life and don’t deserve even 15 minutes of fame.

Lastly, we have our wonderful religious fanatics at the Westboro Baptist Church. I have never seen a more despicable display of disrespect and I’ve seen smear campaigns from scientology. At least they can say they are fighting back. You lash out at anybody who doesn’t seem to see your world view. You spend your lives preaching from a book yet walking that path of contradiction as you turn from the same words and lash out at others. You think you’re fighting a war for a God who has said Judge not lest ye be judged. Here you say George Carlin is going to hell, I pray with your hypocrisy that he’s kind enough to save you a seat.

What the fuck is going on with this world. I’m not a big fan of scientology. I don’t agree with things that I’ve read about. I don’t care what other people believe in though. Thats up to them. I saw this video with Tom Cruise where he said he knew the true history of psychiatry. While I think the statement was probably a little over exaggerated after this last bit of news I’ve dug up I have to say; the field of prescription medicine is a little bit out of control.

We have pills for everything. Sociel Anxiety Disorder, Erectile Dysfunciton, Depression and the list goes on. I am the kind of person who thinks sometimes it’s just a frame of mind and sometimes it’s willpower or maybe even proper parenting skills. Yes, I look around the world, I blame a lot on parents who are so lazy they complain when other people don’t do their fucking job for them.

Now I’ve never been the biggest believer in ADD or ADHD. Too many unexplained concepts with it. I don’t believe a kid can have an attention disorder if they can sit in front of a TV for hours on end playing video games or watching movies. I have talked with people who have been diagnosed and when it comes to them its more of a need to multitask. They stay focuses but they have to stay focused on more then one thing at a time. So this bullshit that your kid fails at school because of ADD?: NO thats bad parenting and them not caring.

So when I look at my son growing up, who’s two at the moment I notice a difference between him and those that have been diagnosed with this disorder. If you’re 20 and can’t focus on something you may have an issue. If you are 2 and can’t focus on something it’s most likely because you are FUCKING TWO and everything is new still and a lot of things just keep breaking you away. There is a certain level of excitement with experiencing every thing you don’t know driven by a NATURAL curiosity.

So when I come across an article showing where 2 year olds are being prescribed Ritalin for ADD I have a serious fucking problem with the fact that you are curbing your childs natural instinct. It’s not a disorder and its not a fucking birth defect. Your child is curious thats all. Take them off the fucking pills and act like a god damn parent.
